Epic Apartments

i absolutely loved it here. i lived on the 3rd floor in building 2, and these people were so good to me! i can’t say enough good things about Kara, and that’s just to start! Karina worked with me & walked me through the entire process. i called a billion times and didn’t get an attitude ONCE! such kind and patient staff😭 I was a woman living alone, and was stuck trying to find an apartment very last minute to lease, and EPIC worked with me! I felt safe all the time, and the space is incredibly nice. Not only that, but the maintenance people, both being men, were amazing to me, & never made me feel weird in my own home. Answered incredibly quick when i needed them, always fixed my issues, and their response time AGAIN was so quick! you can’t find that with apartment complexes very often. i miss my homey lil space, and i only moved out because i relocated for school! i wish i had a photo of the bedroom, but i unfortunately do not! here is what was my beautiful kitchen and living room though 🩵

Lived here for a year and the staff were always so kind and helpful. Maintenance always responded quickly, and the guys were professional and friendly. We really enjoyed living here! Gorgeous pool, neat grounds, and cozy apartments. Close enough to Beth Marie's to take a stroll for ice cream in the evenings. The attached pizza place is actually some of the best pizza we had in Denton. What more do you need?

DO NOT LIVE HERE. I was charged a hefty bill after moving out for some dust and other ridiculous items even though I thoroughly cleaned my apartment and took photos upon leaving. Not to mention when I moved in the apartment was NOT CLEAN. Below are photo of how "dirty" I left my apartment. Management was not helpful while I lived here and rarely got anything done and was rude if they even bothered answering the phone. Unless you would like to get ripped off with a moving out fee for cleaning even though you cleaned thoroughly; I'd look elsewhere.

Kara has been such a delight from the very beginning. Nely (manager) and Karina have also been very patient in working with us. The three of them have gone out of their way for us since move-in to ensure the process was as seamless as possible. Whenever we've submitted work orders, they've been quick to tend to them, and Kara is always speedy with her email responses! We have enjoyed getting to know the Leasing Team at Epic and getting to call this our home. Added bonus: They also organize a variety of events — at least one a month— such as having a food truck come out, pancake breakfast, and a Fall Festival (just to name a few) as fun opportunities for the residents to interact with one another — and we’ve really enjoyed them!

JAN 2019- I am very satisfied with my residence here at Epic over the last several months. Kayla and Breanne are wonderful with handling my needs as a renter. There is a pot hole outside of building 3 in the parking lot that could use some work, however. There was recently a miscommunication about the valet trash service. As soon as I reached out, Kayla was able to resolve my issue immediately and made it very convenient for me. They’ve always had good customer service but this last experience is what prompted my review. The Martino Group is quality through and through from their rental properties to their employees. Keep it up guys!
